Why book this test

Stop guessing what you might be missing

Low vitamin and mineral levels are one of the most common and most fixable reasons to feel tired, foggy or low. This test checks the ones that matter most, including vitamin D, B12, folate and a full iron picture, so you know whether a supplement or a change in diet is actually worth it.

Answers before supplements

Rather than guessing which supplement to take, you see exactly where your levels sit and where a top-up would actually help.

A report you can read

Your results come with reference ranges and plain-English notes, with anything out of range flagged so it is easy to spot.

A doctor if you want one

Prefer to talk it through? Book a private GP appointment and one of our doctors will go through your results and next steps.

Who it is for

Worth checking if you recognise these

This test is a sensible step if you have symptoms that a deficiency can cause, or you just want a baseline.

Tiredness or low energy that will not shift
Feeling foggy, low, or run down
Pale skin, hair thinning, or brittle nails
On a vegan or restricted diet
Taking supplements and unsure if they are working
Wanting a simple baseline to work from

Persistent tiredness or low mood can have many causes and should be reviewed by a doctor. This test helps find a cause; it does not replace medical assessment.

Nobody had managed to take my blood in years without several attempts. Here it was done first time with the ultrasound. Such a relief.

What does this test check for?

Vitamin D, vitamin B12, folic acid, magnesium, calcium and zinc, plus a full iron profile (iron, ferritin, transferrin, transferrin saturation and total iron binding capacity) and albumin.

How quickly will I get my results?

Usually within about 2 working days. Your report lists every marker with its reference range and flags anything out of range. We will confirm timing when you book.

Important: Blood test results are most useful when reviewed by a doctor who knows your history. We recommend discussing your results with your own GP, or booking a private GP appointment with us, before acting on any findings or starting supplements. Persistent symptoms can have many causes, and this test does not replace a medical assessment. Lab values alone do not constitute medical advice.
