Yes. Every price on this page includes the full service — consultation, scan or procedure, written report, and discussion of results. There are no hidden fees for reports, images, follow-up advice or communication with your GP. The only exception is lump removal surgery, where the final cost depends on the size and number of lumps — you'll get an accurate quote at your consultation.

Payment is taken at the time of booking for most services, securing your appointment slot. For some surgical procedures (lump removal, carpal tunnel) a deposit is taken at booking with the balance paid at the procedure. We accept card payments, contactless, Apple Pay and Google Pay. We do not accept cash.

Cancellations more than 48 hours before your appointment are refunded in full. Within 48 hours, a cancellation fee applies. We're flexible for genuine emergencies and illness — just let us know as soon as possible.

We work with most major UK health insurers including Bupa, AXA Health, Aviva, Vitality, WPA, Healix and Allianz. Coverage varies by policy and procedure — check with your insurer for an authorisation code before your appointment, and bring it with you. We can bill many insurers directly. Self-pay patients can sometimes claim back from cash-plan policies (Simplyhealth, HSF, etc.).

For higher-value treatments (Arthrosamid, carpal tunnel surgery, MRI), please call us on 029 2199 9300 to discuss flexible payment options. We can sometimes split payment across two stages where clinically appropriate.

Yes — gift cards are available for any service or for a set amount. Popular as a thoughtful gift for a family member who's been on an NHS waiting list, or for a Well-Man / Well-Woman blood panel.

A private prescription is included with most GP consultations at no extra cost. You then pay the pharmacy directly for the medication. Some specialist medications (e.g. weight-loss injections like Mounjaro) are priced separately — ask at consultation.

Ultrasound scans for children (under 16) are the same price as adults but require a written referral from a healthcare professional. We don't offer separate paediatric GP consultations — please contact your child's NHS GP or a paediatrician for those.

The NHS is free at point of use but waiting times can be long — sometimes weeks for ultrasound, months for MRI, and longer for elective surgery. We offer the same diagnostic standards (HIW regulated, UK consultants) with same-week appointments for most services. Many patients use us alongside their NHS care, not instead of it.

Photo ID for first-time visits, plus any previous scans, reports or referral letters that are relevant. For MRI, the referral form must be completed by your GP, physio or consultant in advance.
