Fair-usage limit
Up to 3 regular 20-minute appointments per week, per person. Double appointments are available at a discounted rate.
Booking & cancellations
Appointments are booked in advance and subject to availability. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel; repeated missed appointments may end membership.
Controlled drugs
We don't prescribe controlled drugs as part of the membership.
Out-of-hours cover
Not included. Out of hours, contact your NHS GP or call NHS 111 — and dial 999 in an emergency.

Simple cancellation

What is GP Gold Membership?
GP Gold Membership is a monthly private GP plan from £99 per month. It gives you priority access to our GPs with up to 3 appointments a week (in-person or by video), continuity of care, free prescriptions and referral letters, a complimentary annual health screen, a complimentary bone density scan after 6 months, and 10% off Acorn Healthcare services.
How many GP appointments are included?
Membership includes up to 3 GP appointments per week, per person under our fair-usage policy. Each is a regular 20-minute appointment, in-person or by video. Double appointments are available at a discounted rate.
How much does membership cost?
Individual membership is £99/month. Couple is £150, Family of 3 is £199, Family of 4 is £250 and Family of 6 is £299 per month.
You can also pay for a full year in advance for £1,089 — one month free.
Can I cancel my membership?
Yes. Membership is monthly and rolling, and you can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice via the TeamUp app or website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period following your notice. A £50 re-sign-up fee applies if you cancel and later rejoin.
Are appointments in-person or virtual?
Both. Appointments can be in-person at our Penarth or Cowbridge clinic or by secure video. They must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel an appointment.
